HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipping can take up to 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. Most times our items ship out extremely fast, but please keep in mind they can take up to 7-14 BUSINESS DAY after your processing period.

Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages . ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

IF ORDERING DURING HOLIDAYS OR ANY SALE PLEASE ALLOW 7 -14 BUSINESS DAY days for your order to ship due to order volume. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. This also goes for LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY. Please wait the time  frame before emailing for tracking information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO NOT WANTING TO WAIT THE TIME FRAME OF 7-14 BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ORDERS CAN SHIP SOONER THAN THE 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS

Any customized order can take up to but not limited 5-7 additional days

 

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays.

Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with around/on the 4 OR 5 business day.

Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on your location. In total, shipping take 5-7 or 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

WHAT ARE BUSINESS DAYS?

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

WE CANNOT MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER OR ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

 

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding WEDNESDAYS & holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday or holidays.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
